JAMGOODLIVING Privacy Policy

Introduction

JAMGOODLIVING LLC ("JAMGOODLIVING," "I," "me," or "we") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share when you visit jamgoodliving.com, book a session, join a program, or become part of the Jam Fam.

This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, who I share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who visits my website, books a call, purchases a program, or subscribes to my emails or community spaces.

Information We Collect

Information you give me directly:

  • Name, email address, and phone number when you book a call, join my email list, or sign up for a program

  • Payment information when you make a purchase (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — see Payment Processing below)

  • Anything you share with me during sessions, discovery calls, coaching, or in community spaces like The Presence Practice

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard website analytics (pages visited, time on site, browser and device type) when you browse jamgoodliving.com

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies used by my website and booking platform (see Cookies & Website Analytics below)

How We Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to:

  • Book, schedule, and deliver the sessions, programs, and services you've purchased

  • Process payments and send receipts or invoices

  • Communicate with you about your bookings, programs, and account

  • Send marketing emails or updates about JAMGOODLIVING offers, when you've opted in

  • Improve my website, programs, and client experience

  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. JAMGOODLIVING does not collect or store your full credit card number, bank account number, or other sensitive payment details — those are handled entirely by Stripe's and PayPal's own secure systems, governed by their own privacy policies.

I retain records of transaction amounts, dates, and the service purchased for bookkeeping and tax purposes.

Cookies & Website Analytics

My website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to keep booking and login sessions working properly. These are standard tools used by most websites and booking platforms.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect some site features, like staying logged in or completing a booking.

Third-Party Service Providers

I work with trusted third-party platforms to run JAMGOODLIVING, including:

Provider

Purpose

GoHighLevel

CRM, scheduling, automations, email/text communications, and The Presence Practice community

Stripe & PayPal

Payment processing

Zoom

Live video sessions and calls

Email & social media platforms

Newsletters, marketing, and community engagement

Calendly

Appointment scheduling and booking

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. I only share the information these tools need to function — never more.

Email & Marketing Communications

If you opt in — by booking a call, joining my email list, or signing up for a program — I may send you emails or texts about JAMGOODLIVING offers, content, and updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting me directly. You'll still receive transactional messages, like booking confirmations or receipts, related to services you've purchased.

Phone Calls & Text Messaging

Phone calls with JAMGOODLIVING — discovery calls, sessions, and coaching calls — may be recorded and logged for quality, training, and reference purposes. By scheduling a call, you consent to that recording.

Text messaging is used to enhance your experience: appointment reminders, session details, and additional information that help the process go more smoothly. Text messaging is never required to receive services — it's a convenience, not a condition. You can opt out of text messages at any time throughout your engagement, and doing so will not affect your access to sessions or programs.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only:

  • With the service providers listed above, solely to operate my business and deliver your services

  • When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

  • To protect the safety, rights, or property of JAMGOODLIVING, my clients, or others

Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including relying on the security measures built into GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, and Zoom. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

I keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain accurate business records — typically for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward. You can request deletion of your information at any time, subject to the limits described below.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information I hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information

  • Opt out of marketing communications

  • Withdraw consent for data I process based on your consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact me at info@jamgoodliving.com. I'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, or accounting reasons even after a deletion request.

Children's Privacy

JAMGOODLIVING's services and website are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided me with personal information, please contact me so I can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy as JAMGOODLIVING grows and evolves. The version posted on my website is always the current one, and continuing to use my services after an update means you accept the revised policy.

JAMGOODLIVING Terms & Conditions

Welcome

When you book a session, a program, or a spot in the Jam Fam, you're stepping into work that's intentional on both sides. JAMGOODLIVING is built on the belief that how you show up for something says as much as what you say once you're there — so before we start, let's get clear and grounded in what working together actually looks like.

These Terms & Conditions apply the moment you book and pay for any session, program, membership, or offer with JAMGOODLIVING LLC ("JAMGOODLIVING," "I," "me," "we" or "Jam"). By booking, you agree to the policies below. If something here doesn't make sense, or you want to talk it through first, reach out before you book — I'd rather you enter this fully informed than surprised later.

Booking, Payment & Deposits

Your spot is held once payment — in full, or as a deposit, depending on the offer — is received, not before. Booking a call, session, or program without completing payment does not reserve your time.

When you pay a deposit, that deposit secures your specific date and time. I turn away other potential clients and hold that space exclusively for you, which is why the cancellation and refund terms below exist — your time on my calendar has real value, and once it's held, it's held.

Full pricing for any session or program is provided at the time of booking. Where a payment plan is offered, it must be kept current for continued access to sessions, materials, or community spaces; a missed payment may pause access until the account is brought current.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Life happens, and this policy plans for that — within reason.

  • 48 hours or more before your session: Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice and you're eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit. The other 50% covers the time that was already held exclusively for you.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice, or no communication at all: If you don't reach out before your scheduled time, no refund is issued. That time was committed to you, held, and prepared for — it isn't recoverable once the window passes.

  • One full-price reschedule: Give at least 72 hours' notice and you may reschedule your session once at no additional cost and no refund deduction. This is a one-time courtesy per booking, not an ongoing option.

  • Emergencies: Genuine emergencies don't always give 72 hours' notice. These are handled case by case, at my discretion — reach out as soon as you're able and we'll work it out together.

Program-specific terms:

Offer

Cancellation terms

COMFY On Camera Intensive

Non-refundable; one date transfer available with at least 7 days' notice

COMFY Corner Coach

Requires 30 days' written notice to cancel

All cancellations, reschedules, and emergency requests must be submitted in writing (email or the booking platform's messaging) so there's a clear record for both of us.

Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are $15, due at booking. This fee is non-refundable — it holds your spot and covers the time spent getting to know you and your goals.

If you join the Jam Fam and move forward with any paid program or service afterward, your $15 is fully credited toward that purchase. It's never a cost you pay twice.

Pricing & Rate Changes

Prices reflect the value of the work, the time and expertise behind it, and the real cost of running this business — which means they rise over time as the economy, my experience, and the demand for this work all grow. That's by design, not an inconsistency.

The rate you're quoted and pay at the time of booking is the rate honored for that specific engagement. Future sessions, renewals, or new programs are billed at the current rate in effect at the time of that booking, not a past one.

Physical Movement & Health Disclaimer

I am not a licensed physician, physical therapist, or medical professional. Anything I share involving movement, breathwork, or physical activity comes from my own lived experience — what I've done, practiced, and seen work in myself and others — not from clinical training or a medical license.

Before participating in any physical movement, exercise, or activity I suggest, please consult your own physician, primary care provider, or care team, especially if you have an existing condition, injury, or concern. You are responsible for knowing your own body's limits and for getting medical clearance where appropriate. Participation in any physical component of this work is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Mental, Emotional & Spiritual Work Disclaimer

I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health professional, though our work together may naturally move into mental, emotional, and spiritual territory — that's part of how the COMFY Method is built. What I offer is coaching, facilitation, and guidance drawn from lived experience, not clinical treatment or diagnosis.

If you believe you need professional mental health support, please seek it out — a licensed therapist or counselor is equipped for work that goes beyond what I offer. If you're already working with a mental health professional, please let them know you're doing this work with me too, so your care stays connected and coordinated. This work is meant to complement your wellbeing, not replace professional care.

Assumption of Risk, Release & Limitation of Liability

You are choosing to work with JAMGOODLIVING of your own free will, because you want to. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific outcome, result, or transformation — growth depends on what you bring to the work as much as what I offer in it.

By booking and participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All coaching, facilitation, consulting, and advice provided by JAMGOODLIVING is for informational and developmental purposes only, and is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

  2. You are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or physical activity you undertake based on our work together.

  3. JAMGOODLIVING, Jessica A. Ross, and any affiliated contractors or facilitators are not liable for any outcomes, damages, injuries, or losses — direct or indirect — arising from your participation in sessions or programs, or from applying anything discussed, taught, or suggested.

  4. This release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Voluntary Participation

Everyone who works with JAMGOODLIVING does so by their own choice. There is no pressure, coercion, or manipulation involved in booking, staying, or continuing a program. If at any point this work no longer feels right for you, you're free to step away — the policies above govern the financial terms of doing so, not your right to choose.

Intellectual Property

The COMFY Method, and all session content, frameworks, workbooks, slides, recordings, and materials shared through JAMGOODLIVING, are the intellectual property of Jessica A. Ross and JAMGOODLIVING LLC. They are shared with you for your own personal growth and use.

Please don't record, reproduce, distribute, teach, or resell any of this content — in whole or in part — without written permission. If something shared here has helped you and you want to talk about sharing it further (referrals, collaborations, licensing), that conversation is always welcome — just come to me first.

Confidentiality

What you share with me in sessions stays between us. I hold the details of your story, struggles, and goals with respect and discretion, and I ask that you extend the same respect to anything shared in group settings, cohorts, or community spaces with other clients.

The only exceptions are where I'm legally required to disclose information, or where I believe someone's safety is at risk.

General Legal Terms

Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Entire agreement: These terms, together with any signed agreement or invoice for a specific offer, represent the entire understanding between you and JAMGOODLIVING regarding that engagement.

Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Changes: JAMGOODLIVING may update these terms as the business evolves. The version in effect at the time you book governs your engagement; continuing to work with JAMGOODLIVING after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disputes: Any disagreement arising from these terms will first be addressed directly and in good faith between the parties before either pursues formal legal action.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By booking a session, paying a deposit, purchasing a program, or joining any part of the JAMGOODLIVING ecosystem, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Questions before you book? Reach out any time at info@jamgoodliving.com. Clarity is part of the work — I'd rather you ask than wonder.
