Master Your Mind Membership
This is a monthly program designed to assist in refocusing and reframing your mindset. This program is meant to facilitate a positive relationship with yourself and your mind. The program consists of weekly 40min zoom meetings and text message access and support tips sent bi-weekly.
One on One
I hold 30/40/60/90 min zoom sessions and phone calls that are created to hold vibrational space for the happiness you are creating. These sessions come with homework assignments that anchor you more into what it is we discussed and can be stand alone one off get happy sessions to boost you in time of feeling a bit down.
